Actual Customer Feedback:
"Eco Water...
Way less than what is promised! We recently installed a soft water and R/O system. After several trips to our home to correct problems and to re-install a whole house filter that was backwards...it left us wondering if these guys are plumbers at all? We have had the system for 1 week and have had 3 repairs!!! we were also told by the "plumber" that they would no longer return. So much for the workmanship guarantee!! Do not use ECO WATER... If Eco knocks....RUN far and run fast!! Trust me, it isn't worth the headache!! I will never use this company again and I will do everything possuble to share my experience. I will re-post after the corp office replies to my letter of complaint." Portion of actual user comment on website arizona.kudzu.com "A Little Costly When we had our house built in 1999 we requested to have a reverse osmosis installed. We really didn't have a choice of which company they were going to use, and we were given Eco Water. Although the system seems to work satisfactorily, it is very costly to maintain. The system is not very user friendly and it usually costs us around $300 and a day off work to get it serviced. The servicemen are always very friendly when they do arrive at our home, but the cost of the replacement filters is rather high compared to others on the market. I wish we would have been able to shop around before being given this system." Portion of actual user comment on website arizona.kudzu.com These are well manufactured systems. A drawback however is the use of reverse osmosis technology. The problem with this is the removal of essential trace elements and minerals that are vital for good health. There is limited technical information available on the unit. The high cost of the unit will put it out of the hands of most. User comments (see below) were disappointing... |
